This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Barem Concept Tasarım Sanayi Tic. Ltd Şti. ("Seller" or "Saint Ones") and the customer ("Buyer") for the purchase of products through the Saint Ones website (www.saintones.com). By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Buyer:
The individual or entity placing an order through the Saint Ones website.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale and delivery of products listed on the Saint Ones website. The Buyer agrees to purchase, and the Seller agrees to sell, the products under the terms specified in this Agreement.

3. Order Process

  1. Order Placement:
    The Buyer places an order by selecting products and completing the checkout process on the Saint Ones website.

  2. Order Confirmation:
    The Seller confirms the order by sending an order confirmation email to the Buyer. This email includes the order details, total price, and estimated delivery date.

  3. Payment:
    The Buyer pays for the order using one of the available payment methods (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Payment is processed securely through the Seller's payment gateway.

  4. Order Cancellation:
    The Buyer may cancel the order before it is shipped by contacting the Seller at info@saintones.com.

4. Delivery

  1. Shipping Methods:
    The Seller offers standard and express shipping options. The Buyer can select the preferred shipping method during checkout.

  2. Delivery Time:
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days for standard shipping or 2-5 business days for express shipping, depending on the Buyer's location.

  3. Delivery Issues:
    If the Buyer encounters any issues with delivery (e.g., delayed or lost package), the Buyer must contact the Seller at info@saintones.com with the order number and tracking information.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  1. Withdrawal Period:
    The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the products without providing any reason.

  2. Conditions for Withdrawal:
    To exercise the right of withdrawal, the products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.

  3. Withdrawal Process:

    • The Buyer must notify the Seller of the decision to withdraw by sending an email to info@saintones.com or filling out the withdrawal form provided on the website.

    • The Buyer must return the products to the Seller's address within 14 days of notifying the withdrawal.

  4. Refund:
    The Seller will process the refund within 7 business days after receiving the returned products. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    If the Buyer receives a defective or damaged product, the Buyer must contact the Seller immediately at info@saintones.com to request a return or exchange.

  2. Exchange Process:

    • The Seller will provide instructions for returning the product.

    • If the requested exchange product is available, the Seller will ship it to the Buyer free of charge. If the product is out of stock, the Seller will issue a refund or offer a store credit.

7. Pricing and Payment

  1. Product Prices:
    All prices listed on the Saint Ones website include VAT (where applicable). The total price (including shipping costs) is displayed during checkout.

  2. Payment Methods:
    The Buyer can pay using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available payment methods.

  3. Payment Security:
    All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. The Seller does not store the Buyer's payment information.

8. Warranty

  1. Product Warranty:
    The Seller provides a warranty for manufacturing defects in accordance with applicable laws. The warranty period and terms are specified in the product documentation.

  2. Warranty Claims:
    To make a warranty claim, the Buyer must contact the Seller at info@saintones.com and provide proof of purchase.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  1. Governing Law:
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Turkey.

  2. Dispute Resolution:
    Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, shall have jurisdiction.
